Located by the iconic Glenelg beach, Abache has been a front runner in the hairdressing industry since it was established in 1986. The professional team has been evolving for over 30 years, consistently leading the way with cutting edge and high quality hair design. Offering un-paralleled premier expertise, the stylists are dedicated to providing each client with a personalised experience.  

Salon owners Bec and Lauryn have over 25 years experience between them and are committed to education, service and excellence. Abache’s natural ethos has set them apart from the beginning, ensuring clients are protected from harmful chemicals by using natural based professional haircare products. Indulge in a stylish escape from reality, and be carried through the salon by the simplistic elegance and beautifully accented Italian leather furnishings. Owner

Lauryn kickstarted her hairdressing career with Abache almost 10 years ago and has cultivated a sharp interest in hair cutting and creating blonde bombshells. Her attention to detail is second to none and paired with her edgy flair you’ll experience a wave of modern creativity and on-trend style. 

Bec  

Owner

Bec is our longest serving stylist, training under Peter Francis, a highly acclaimed master cutter. Now with over 18 years of experience herself, her superior cutting skills and hairdressing knowledge is unrivalled. Her passion and high energy flows through the salon leaving each client feeling uplifted and empowered.

Rebecca Bowers

Owner

Bec is our longest serving stylist, training under Peter Francis, a highly acclaimed master cutter. Now with over 18 years of experience herself, her superior cutting skills and hairdressing knowledge is unrivalled. Her passion and high energy flows through the salon leaving each client feeling uplifted and empowered.

Lee 

Hair Stylist 

Lee is our newest team member at Abache and has been on the ball from the get go. She coordinates the salon’s daily flow and assists our team of stylists with a refreshing energy. She has the potential and drive to build an exciting career on the team.  

Anna 

Hair Stylist 

Anna may be young in her career but her natural talent has proven her to be a strong force in the industry, earning a position on the Matrix House of Talent Team. With her artistic vision and eye for detail, she specialises in Balayage and event hair styling for weddings and formals.
